Running therapy is an integrative approach to traditional therapy, combining running/walking and talk therapy. Our bodies endure so much throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. With every session, you can use the powerful mind body connection to help you process your feelings, honor your incredible physical strength and move forward towards living your best life. Being in motion can help you feel more comfortable discussing vulnerable feelings and reduce feelings of isolation. Running is not the focus, but rather a tool to help enhance our session together.
